The book object, which combines the characteristics of an album, diary and an account of my daily routine, is a way of sharing my
view of the area of the Ostragehege and Alberthafen in Dresden, included the district of the Friedrichstadt, where I lived since
April 2007.

My intention was to save from oblivion an eclectic collection of paper scraps, photos, drawings, outdated newspaper articles
and leaflets, which refer to the space, where I lived.

The thematic framework of the selected paintings is purposefully intertwined with other events in order to create multilayered reality which represents a variety of settings, notes and photographs.

The book, a some chronicle of the phenomenons of the cartain places, is an attempt at spontaneity in linking seemingly odd pieces,
which when combined become a representation of something beyond the familiar, but still deeply rooted in reality.
